At DORON ASHKENAZI online store we use a third-party delivery company. our order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.
All purchases will be shipped out according to the delivery method chosen upon checking out. If a delivery has been delayed for any reason on our side we will contact you the customer directly and update you on the new estimated time of arrival of the courier.
All shipping costs will be carried out by the customer. incase of delayed delivery we will contact the customer directly and inform them of the updated times, this will not change the costs or discount the delivery.

in case of wrong delivery: please contact us at here at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know immediately upon accepting the wrong package and we will then contact the courier and create a return slip. in this case no charges will be made for the delivery and the correct order will then follow after (shipping costs will still be relevant unless noted otherwise by DORON ASHKENAZI.LTD)
I NEED TO REPLACE/SEND BACK THE ORDER I MADE
After receiving your order and wanting to change it you will have to repackage the item in the same package it came with along side the order slip that arrived with the package. then send us a return request to email@example.com and we will create a return request for you, a designated courier will then arrive at your location and pickup the order within 3-6 business days from the date of the purchase. if the order is to be replaced with a different item we will create new shipping request with our delivery providing company and send out the new order within 3-6 business days from the date we received back your initial order. NOTE*** you will not be able to send back your order if it has been more than 30 days since the purchase has been made.
If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example, certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any region that is prohibited by applicable export laws. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses.

we do not hold responsibility for any package after it has entered your country. we do not keep contact with you local delivery system and cannot inform you of changes being made in relation to your order.
